Journey into palmistry
Although Prof. Dr. Kamal Dani established an impressive academic career in management education, his lifelong passion remained palmistry.
His interest in palmistry began in 1972 as a personal hobby during his student years. Fascinated by the relationship between hand formations, personality traits and life experiences, he devoted considerable time to studying classical literature, observing hand characteristics and comparing practical observations with traditional palmistry principles.
Over the next two decades, what began as an intellectual curiosity gradually evolved into systematic research. Rather than relying solely on traditional interpretations, Prof. Dani adopted an analytical approach, documenting observations, comparing case studies and continuously refining his understanding through practical experience.
In June 1992, he formally began practising as a Professional Palmist in Kolkata. Since then, he has personally examined more than 9,000 palms, developing one of the most extensive practical experiences among exclusive palmists in India.
His consultations combine traditional palmistry principles with decades of observation and research. Over the years, his clientele has expanded beyond India, with individuals residing in countries such as the United States, United Kingdom and Canada seeking consultations through online platforms.
Known for maintaining an estimated prediction accuracy ranging from 60% to 100% depending upon the nature of individual cases, Prof. Dani has built a reputation for providing detailed and research-oriented palm analysis rather than relying solely on conventional fortune telling.
His transition from academician to internationally recognised palmist represents a unique combination of scientific observation, continuous research and practical experience spanning more than five decades.
